I was born and raised on Park Ave. in Manhattan and went to boarding school in Connecticut. So, I am a gentleman. I hold two graduate degrees, and some degree of common sense.

I am sophisticated, masculine, respectful, deeply empathetic, extremely silly, genuine, kind, compassionate, and have a great sense of humor. I have a gentle spirit, but I’m a tall muscular guy from New York and I know how to take charge when appropriate. My favorite band is the Grateful Dead, my favorite sport is scuba diving, and I love my Harley. I am grateful that I make a living helping others.

My wife did an extraordinarily eloquent job of articulating her metamorphosis of the last two years. My journey of expansion very much mirrors hers in the same time period. There is a synergistic energy that either we both created together, or merely tapped into together (we're honestly not sure which) that has had an equal effect on my development as well.

The experience of the last two years was the capstone on a multi decade journey of both recovery and healing. All the things I did previously were necessary for me to be at the point where I was ready for this second order change. However, it required the phenomenon of the last two years to assist me in actually crossing the rubicon and into the new paradigm from which I now live from today.

I am grateful to be now living from a fully authentic place which has empowered me further to be an even more powerful agent of change for others. I am so excited to say, that the journey continues…
